After a career in catering in Spain and Ireland, and more than ten years' experience in Parisian hotels, he joined the Grand Barrail as soon as it reopened.
Seduced by the enchanting setting of the vineyards and the human values of the hotel, he quickly progressed from 1st Reception to Head of Reception.
Passionate about his job, Rodrigo stands out for his patience, team spirit and commitment to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Outside work, he has a passion for sport and cooking, activities that fuel his drive and discipline. "
